Project Brief:

Our client is a retail company with both physical and online stores. After running several online advertisements, they believed that there are ways to improve the performance of their upcoming campaign.

Our Role:

  1. Collected historical data from their past social media advertisement campaigns.
  2. Performed data cleaning and analyzed the data to determine several critical factors and made recommendations for their upcoming campaigns, including highlighting the best social media platform and media type for them to utilize.
  3. Produced a dashboard for quicklook.
  4. We also looked at other metrics such as conversion rates and return on ad spend and provided additional insights on how they can improve them.

FInal Deliverables:

  1. A final report on the analysis done and included several recommendations.
  2. A data dashboard.
