Project Brief:
As a part of our client's initiative for their skill development program, we were tasked to provide a series of online trainings to their agents. The main goal was to ensure that their agents have the necessary skills to manage a small business (whether as a side hustle or as the main income generator) successfully.
Our Role:
In order to ensure successful delivery of these trainings, we first learned about our client's nature of business and identified any skill gap among their agents. Then, we created and proposed training modules that we thought could achieve the objective. They are Social Media Marketing, Customer Service Management, Basic Business Management and Basic Financial Management. We also knew that to keep participants engaged and achieve the best outcome, these trainings were meant to be interactive, hence multiple case studies and simulations that require active participation were also included.
Final Deliverables:
All trainings were successfully conducted online via Google Meet with positive feedback by our client and their agents.
