Project Brief:

Our client had just started a new business of selling homemade food from her home. Like most new small business owners, she used Instagram and Whatsapp to conduct her business. Business was good but not great as she had anticipated. She consulted us on how she can improve her business performance.

Our Role:

1. We did a quick research on her product and market.
2. Performed an analysis of her existing social media, business process (i.e. marketing, order flow, customer management etc) and available resources.
3. Recommended several strategies and digital tools that are within her capacity (manpower, time and budget) but can still significantly improve her business performance.
4. Helped client implemented some of the recommended strategies and also helped her setup the digital tools.
5. We also did photo shoot and video shoot as well as editing for client's social media content.

Final Outcome:

Successfully increased client's brand awareness, improved client's ordering system and customer management - all through digitalization using free digital tools. As a result, client's business performance has significantly improved.
